His clients include public companies listed on the Dow Jones, S&P, DAX, Nikkei, and BMV, as well as Forbes 100 Top Brands and prominent private equity and venture capital funds. He is recognized for his role in groundbreaking and complex M&A transactions in Mexico and Latin America. Additionally, Luis has extensive experience in IT and telecom-related matters, including e-commerce, data privacy, FinTech, and media content licensing. He has also participated in high-profile disputes, both in arbitration and litigation, and has acted as arbitrator in multiple cases.
