Jörgen Möller

Jörgen is head of Cirio's Energy practice and co-heads Cirio's sector group Energy & Infrastructure, with particular emphasis on energy. Much of his work involves M&A, corporate law, contracts and infrastructure/energy transactions. Jörgen has worked on a large number of infrastructure and energy projects, and has extensive experience of railway projects, planning, procurement, financing, construction and the operation of wind farms, as well as the purchase/sale of energy companies.

• Advised OX2 on divestment of 145 MW wind farm in Finland.
• Advised Downing Hydro AB on the acquisition of seven hydropower plants.
• Advised Equinor on its acquisition of BeGreen A/S.
• Advised Enercon for both the sale and the construction financing of wind farm project in Northern Sweden.
• Advised the sell-side in the sale of a 528 MW onshore wind farm portfolio.
• Advised Columbia Threadneedle on the acquisition of Storrun wind farm
• Advised Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust PLC on the acquisition of portfolio of hydropower plants from ÄSI Kraft AB
• Advised OX2 on SEK 2 billion sale of the Klevberget greenfield wind farm
• Advised Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust PLC on EUR 19 million acquisition of hydropower plants
• Advised Scandinavian Biogas on SEK 300 million investments in a bio-LNG plant.
• Advised Enercon on the sale of 84,6 MW wind farm in Northern Sweden.
