Jean-Marc Ueberecken

Jean-Marc Ueberecken is the Managing Partner of Arendt & Medernach.

He is a corporate law and mergers & acquisitions partner by trade, with wide experience in the provision of advice to multinational corporations, major commercial companies and ambitious domestic entrepreneurs in connection with mergers and acquisitions and complex multi-jurisdictional corporate restructurings.

He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1998 and was a member of the Brussels Bar from 2000 to 2008. He served as member and secretary of the governing body (Conseil de l'ordre) of the Luxembourg Bar from 2004 to 2006.
