  • Advised Lloyds Bank plc on a third party financing of a portfolio of real estate assets in London acquired by a Luxembourg holding structure sponsored by Pictet and Pinnacle Group Limited. (GBP 86,417,5000)
  • We have advised Tarkett Participation in connection with a refinancing of a facility agreement made available to Tarkett Participation by BNP, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Société Générale in an amount of EUR 1,300,000,000,  for the purpose of the acquisition of all shares of Tarkett a French listed company on Euronext.

Jean-Marc Delcour is a counsel in the banking and finance department of Stibbe Luxembourg. He combines pragmatism, knowledge and expertise to create effective solutions in every case he handles. He is primarily active in banking and finance law and acts for banks, financial institutions, corporates and investors in various types of cross-border finance transactions, including acquisition financing, asset financing, structured finance and debt (re)structuring.

He also advises on debt and equity capital markets transactions, including high-yield bonds issuances and IPOs and has expertise in financial sector regulatory matters
