Jacinto Wong

Jacinto joined MdME in 2015. He is an Associate at the Corporate Finance department of MdME's Macau office, assisting in drafting, reviewing, and issuing legal opinions on various financing documents for clients in real estate transactions, cross-border financing and syndicated loans.

He has extensive experience in advising issuers and underwriters on debt capital markets transactions and is one of the leading experts in bond issuances and listing in Macau MOX acting for sovereigns, financial institutions and corporates, as well as involving in offshore medium-term note projects. He also regularly advises other market participants in connection with a wide range of equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings of Macau interests with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

In the field of real estate, Jacinto has participated in acquisition and financing of real estate projects. He also advises clients on a daily basis in leasing and property management and on drafting the relevant agreements/documents to pursue the needs of real estate clients.
