Ivan Dilber

Mr. Dilber represents clients before the courts and other governmental and regulatory bodies in proceedings concerning obligations and contract law. Mr. Dilber also participated in a number of due diligence procedures and has advised clients in M&A transactions.

Recently, Mr. Dilber has been involved in representing clients in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights and was also involved in a major M&A project in the energy sector.

• Mr. Dilber advised a client from Southeast Asia on a project regarding the development of a major tourist infrastructure on state-owned land in the south of Croatia, which included the acquisition of a target company which held concession rights on said land.
