Imane Raouf is a Partner at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy and a member of the Finance & Projects team. She specializes in financing, capital markets, banking, corporate governance, M&A, and debt capital. Throughout her career, she has worked on varying transactions for several international and local clients, differing in both scope and complexity. Before joining the firm, she was a partner and the head of the capital markets and financial services department at a local law firm. She also worked for the Egyptian Competition Authority, making her an expert in all competition-related matters. She has participated in major initial public offerings, including drafting the appropriate sections of the International Prospectus or Offering Memorandum and reviewing underwriting agreements.
