She has at different times worked with teams providing legal advisory services to Federal and State government on various PPP projects .She has ample experience working on Infrastructure and PPP Projects that cuts across Electric Power, Maritime(Sea Port) and Agricultural sector.

• Legal counsel on team that provided advisory services toNDPHC on its Corporate Restructuring and private sector ownership/management of NIPP Generation assets valued at $5.86bn and Investment Protection for NIPP Gas, Transmission and Distribution Assets
• Legal counsel on team that provided advisory services to the Government of Nigeria (FMARD) on the Concession of 33 silo complexes for over a 10 year period.
• Legal counsel on team providing advisory services to the Government of Nigeria (NPA) under a World Bank financing on the concession of Kirikiri Lighter Terminal 1 & 11
• Legal counsel on team that provided advisory services to the Government of Nigeria (NBET) to enhance it’s negotiating capacity in respect of  PPAs (and ancillary documents) to be entered under the Nigerian electricity & gas improvement project.
• Legal counsel on team providing advisory services to the World Bank on PPP Project Prioritization and institutional Strengthening for Kaduna State, Nigeria.
