Ian Dillon

A Partner in the firm’s Asset Management & Investment Funds Group with experience in all aspects of Irish fund law and regulation.  Ian’s particular focus is alternative investments including all aspects of AIFMD as well as real estate and property, infrastructure, loan and credit, hedge, real asset, private equity and liquid fund formation.  Ian also specialises in the Irish regulatory aspecs of fund finance transactions. 

• Advised NTR Plc in the establishment, launch and seedng of new Private Equity Renewable Energy Infrastructure Fund established as an Irish ICAV.
• Advised Kennedy Wilson in all refinancing, joint venture and structuring aspects of their Irish PRS portfolio in a newly established Irish ICAV
• Advised a global banking group on the regulatory aspects of a large subscription facility to be provided to an Irish ICAV structure including allaspects of security within the structure.
