A partner at Herbert Smith Freehills since 2008, Hubert Segain heads the firm's corporate practice in Paris. He also served as the managing partner of the Paris office for four years.

His practice primarily concerns cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, stock exchange regulations and corporate governance. Hubert works with both French and international clients, with a focus on industrial groups, financial institutions and investment funds. He works for listed companies as well as for private ones, for the private sector as well as for the public sector.
