Ho Thuy Ngoc Tram is a Partner at Frasers Law Company, based in Ho Chi Minh City. She has over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in corporate and M&A, renewable energy, infrastructure, banking and finance, and project finance.

Tram regularly advises on large, complex, and multi-jurisdictional transactions, including billion-dollar renewable energy financing projects. Her professional background includes working with a major commercial bank in Ho Chi Minh City, where she focused on cross-border banking transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Law, Ho Chi Minh City, and a Master of Commercial Laws from Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne, where she was awarded the prestigious Endeavour Postgraduate Award by the Australian Government.
