Gonzalo Gutiérrez is an advisor to national, foreign and national companies, specializing in litigation, foreign investment, asset recovery, real estate developments, business law, immigration law and estate planning.
Winner of the International Legal Award of the ISDE Institute of Law and Economics 2013, Madrid, Spain.
Head of the Costa Rica chapter of Wolters Kluwer's International Trust Laws and Analysis (Company Law).
In 2014, he studied the legal system and taxation of the United States of America, both specialties at New York Law School.
In 2015 he obtained a Diploma in Energy and Climate Change at the University for Peace.
In 2019 he studied Design Thinking at the University for Peace.
In 2021 he obtained a Master's Degree in PM4R Development Project Management from Doing Global and the Inter-American Development Bank.
He has served as a university professor in several subjects.
Due to his multiple studies and leadership capacity, he currently serves as managing partner of AG Legal.
