He has worked extensively across borders with clients and advisors from over 60 countries worldwide. He brings a wealth of information & experience of working in major markets such as India, over 20 countries in the EU, USA, China, Iran & other central Asian countries, ASEAN & MENA regions.

He has represented various foreign companies wishing to enter Indian markets and Indian companies willing to enter international markets. He also has a deep understanding of cross border dispute resolution, including international arbitrations & litigation across continents.

He is currently on the board of Warwick Legal Network & acts as an Independent Director for many EU & US Companies as their representative in India. He is also the Head India Partner of OnetoOne Corporate Finance, an international M&A advisory network.
