Florbela Pires

Florbela Pires specializes in internal and cross border transactions and commercial contracts. She started her career at the Securities Commission and at the Portuguese Council of Ministers as legal drafter and advisor, and also servd as a teacher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, for 16 years. Florbela led a team of teachers in West Africa (Guinea-Bissau) for two years and worked as legal adviser for the United Nations Mission in East Timor.
