Eric Feinstein

Eric M. Feinstein is an associate in the Corporate Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Mr. Feinstein received a B.A. in History magna cum laude from Yale University in 2007, where he graduated with honors and received the John Addison Porter Prize in American History.

From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Feinstein worked at Goldman Sachs as an analyst and associate in the fixed income division.

In 2014, he completed a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.  He also received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Finance and was a Palmer Scholar.
