    legal assistance during the development phase of the projects.

  • Assisted a publicly traded international oil and gas company
    throughout the entire process related to the development of
    the first Romanian deep offshore gas exploitation.

  • Assisted an electricity supplier and producer in the acquisition
    of a large wind farm project located in Eastern Romania with
    an installed capacity of over 140 MW.

  • Assisted a renewable energy company active across Europe in
    advancing solar, wind and battery storage projects in Romania,
    including permitting, development, EPC / project agreements
    drafting and negotiations, as well as providing continuous
    regulatory support.
