Emanuel Flechea is a Senior Managing Associate at NNDKP, with 11 years of professional experience in mergers & acquisitions, as well as in the energy and natural resources sectors.

Emanuel has significant experience in a wide range of industries, including highly regulated ones, where compliance with legislation is essential, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions.

His practice focuses on energy and natural resources, covering the full spectrum of related
activities, such as energy transition, renewable energy projects, oil and gas (including offshore), mining, and carbon capture and storage.

He also advises on acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring projects, assisting clients in structuring and implementing complex transactions, both within and beyond the energy and natural resources sectors.

• Assisted a European renewable energy company in the
  acquisition of the latter’s wind energy portfolio in Romania,
  representing wind farm projects of an estimated aggregate
  capacity of over 350 MW and further providing continuous
  legal assistance during the development phase of the projects.
  
  
• Assisted a publicly traded international oil and gas company
  throughout the entire process related to the development of
  the first Romanian deep offshore gas exploitation.
  
  
• Assisted an electricity supplier and producer in the acquisition
  of a large wind farm project located in Eastern Romania with
  an installed capacity of over 140 MW.
  
  
• Assisted a renewable energy company active across Europe in
  advancing solar, wind and battery storage projects in Romania,
  including permitting, development, EPC / project agreements
  drafting and negotiations, as well as providing continuous
  regulatory support.
