Ekua Katsina Newman

Ekua is a Senior Associate at ENSafrica | Ghana.

She has acted for a range of clients, including governmental entities and development finance companies.

Her experience includes advising clients in matters relating to project finance, energy, mining, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and capital markets, and general governance and regulatory matters.

In addition, Ekua advises clients on loan facilities and the financing of major infrastructural and developmental projects.
