Einat Rosu’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on M&A, venture capital financings and private equity transactions. Einat represents multinational clients in a variety of high-tech transactions, including VC financing and venture lending, and she works closely with high-tech companies on various complex commercial and corporate issues.

  • Represented FIMI Private Equity Funds in the formation of its sixth fund of approximately US $1.1 billion, the largest private equity fund ever established in Israel;
  • Represented Rivulis Irrigation Group in its acquisition of Europdrip for US $350 million, thereby forming the world’s second largest irrigation systems company outside of India;
  • Represents Viola Credit in most of its multi-million dollar venture lending transactions to Israeli and multination tech companies, handling approximately 5-6 per year;
  • Represented Hola Networks in the acquisition of the majority shareholding in Luminati, the enterprise proxy network division of Hola Networks, by a UK private equity fund, EMK Capital, at an enterprise value of US$ 200 million;
  • Represented FIMI Private Equity Funds in the recent acquisition of G4S Israel, from global security group G4S plc. for approximately US $118 million and in additional acquisitions;
  • Represented Overseas Commerce in its Initial Public Offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, one of the largest IPOs in Israel recently at US $130 million;
  • Represented Pitango Growth Fund and Oakstone Ventures, Inc. in their US $33 million investment in Riskified Ltd.
