Do Trong Hai

Mr. Hai is a highly respected and managing partner of Bizlink Lawyers, a leading and full-service law firm in Vietnam. As the principal founder of Bizlink Lawyers, he has long been widely recognized by reputable international legal publications as one of the top lawyers in Vietnam. With almost 30 years of lawyer practice, Mr. Hai represented many foreign and multinational corporations, credit institutions, and giant domestic corporations in a broad spectrum of practice. Mr. Hai has proactively advised hundreds of foreign investment projects and cross-border business transactions of all sizes since the early date of Vietnam's renovation for integration into the world economy, and therefore retaining vast experiences in providing legal support to those projects and transactions. He is also actively involving in banking and finance as well as capital market transactions. Representative landmark legal transactions in Vietnam with Mr. Hai's involvement as Vietnam lead counsel include Vietnam's first Boeing and Airbus financing transactions, the procurement of 1st communication satellite of Vietnam, etc. Besides, Mr. Hai represented clients in dozens of cases and has been ranked as one of the elite practitioners in dispute resolution via arbitration and court litigation in and outside Vietnam.

• Mr. Hai got an LLM degree from UC Berkeley School of Law, USA, in 2013, an LLB degree from the Hanoi Law University, in 1994, and a BA degree in Economics from the National Economics University in Hanoi, in 2000.
