Comfort is a Senior Associate and team lead of the Firm’s mergers, acquisitions and private equity team. She has significant experience advising local and international clients on M&A, corporate and regulatory matters and corporate restructurings. She also advises a broad range of private equity investors on domestic and cross-border transactions.
