Claudia Navarro Acevedo

Ms. Navarro joined the firm in 2010 and is the Director of the Infrastructure and Public Utilities Practice Group. She has advised many companies along the different activities of the energy sector using conventional and non-conventional sources, as well as natural gas. Among others, Claudia has wide experience in contract’s structuring, including but not limited to, BOOMT, PPAs and connection agreements and all matters related to electricity retail and natural gas production.  She is an expert in regulation of the electric energy and natural gas services.

Ms. Navarro holds postgraduate degrees in Public Management from Los Andes University and Contractual Law from Externado University. Moreover, she holds a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law from the Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales of Madrid and undertook her PhD studies in the University Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid.
