Ayodele is known for her expertise in structuring multijurisdictional transactions having advised on a number of strategic platform investments across West Africa. She is a Commonwealth Trust Scholar, a Pegasus Trust Scholar, and garnered significant international experience on secondment in the private equity department of Clifford Chance LLP, where she advised on transactions with focus on west and east Africa. She also has extensive funds advisory, project finance, anti-trust, company secretarial and compliance experience.

  • Advised First Carlyle Growth V in connection with its indirect 60% equity investment in Wakanow.com Limited and its related/affiliated companies in various jurisdictions. Deal size USD $40,000,000
  • Advised Synergy Private Equity Fund II LP in relation to an investment of US$15,000,000 in First Aluminium Nigeria Plc (FAN) by way of acquisition of ordinary shares comprising 47% (forty-seven percent) of the total issued shares of the Company from the majority shareholder and a redeemable convertible note issuance by the Company.
  • Advised Africa Infra Plus Fund in connection with its N3,874,500,000 investment in the Asaba IPP Project
  • Advised the FCMB Group in connection with the expansion of its pension subsidiary by way of an acquisition and subsequent merger. Deal size N11,300,000,000
  • Advising Oakwood Green Capital in connection with its establishment of a pan African financial services platform through a series of acquisitions across west Africa; including Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, the Gambia and Guinea
  • Advised in connection with the establishment of a number of private equity and infrastructure funds including the ARM-Harith Infrastructure Fund (the first SEC registered infrastructure fund in Nigeria), the Africa Infra Plus Fund I and the N200,000,000,000 Africa Infra Plus Fund II, and the N150,000,000,000 United Capital Infrastructure Fund
