Prior to establishing the firm, Aris worked in Manila, Singapore, Vietnam, and Tokyo for more than 12 years. He worked at SyCipLaw, Kelvin Chia Partnership, and Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. Aris was previously research assistant to Harry First, former Antitrust Bureau Head, Office of the Attorney-General of New York.

  • Assisting the International Finance Corporation, the transaction advisor of the Philippine Bases Conversion and Development, on the tender of the Clark International Airport PPP Project, the first PPP project rolled out under the Duterte administration.  
  • Assisting the Asian Development Bank and Philippine Bases Conversion and Development Authority in successfully obtaining the approval of the Philippine Competition Commission for the joint venture that will undertake the development, financing and operation of the National Government Administrative Center.
  • Acting as counsel to the super consortium of Aboitiz, Ayala, Filinvest, JG Summit, Megaworld, Metro Pacific, and AEDC in relation to their unsolicited proposal for the financing, design, rehabilitation, construction, and operation and maintenance of the US$1.85 billion Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
