  • Advised the potential lenders, (LDD related services) including but not limited to EBRD, etc., in the financing of the construction of the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) cross border project (2017-2018).
  • Provided legal services to the consortium contracted by EU Delegation in Albania for the implementation of the project on the Rehabilitation of the National Meteorological Network in Albania (2019-2021).
  • In the financing of the solar energy site in Karavasta, is currently providing legal services to the potential lenders of the project (related to LDD, financing and securitization), including but not limited to international financial institutions and international development banks, etc.
