Av. Shehi Kalo has a professional experience in business law and consulting longer than 25 years having a niche legal expertise in project financing, banking&finance, reconstruction & bankruptcy. Since 1998 Shehi has been contracted as lawyer and consultant by several Fortune 100 & Fortune 500 Companies and international organizations. 

• Av Shehi Kalo provided legal services to international banks and other international financial institutions, such as IFC, etc., for several HPPs related projects (concessions & financing) (2005-2021).
• Advised the potential lenders, (LDD related services) including but not limited to EBRD, etc., in the financing of the construction of the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) cross border project (2017-2018).
• Provided legal services to the consortium contracted by EU Delegation in Albania for the implementation of the project on the Rehabilitation of the National Meteorological Network in Albania (2019-2021).
• In the financing of the solar energy site in Karavasta, is currently providing legal services to the potential lenders of the project (related to LDD, financing and securitization), including but not limited to international financial institutions and international development banks, etc.
