  • Advised Commercial International Bank of (Egypt) S.A.E in relation to its acquisition of 51% of the shareholding of Mayfair Bank Limited.
  • Advised Gulf Energy Limited on the sale of its entire oil marketing business to Rubis Energie including obtaining the required competition law approvals.
  • Advised Amethis Retail on the acquisition of 31.5% of the total issued share capital in Naivas International.
  • Acted as the Kenyan legal adviser of a private developer on the development, operation and maintenance of a dual carriageway overpass with Class A standard that connects Mlolongo town with James Gichuru Road along the median strip of the A8 National Road (the Nairobi Expressway) on a PPP basis
