Working consistently with various leading international law firms, he provides regulatory and transactional advice to public and private companies, banking institutions, law firms, UHNWI and institutional investors.   • Advised a major international telecommunication corporation, in relation to the sale of its 99.05% stake, for a total contract value of €208 million;
  • Acted for the lenders on the refinancing of a $600 million secured facility to one of the largest agricultural companies of Eastern Europe;
  • Represented a leading Greek company, Iktinos Hellas, which is listed in the Athens Stock Exchange in connection with its acquisition of a major stake in another company from the seller, Dolphin Capital, a listed corporation in the AIM – London Stock Exchange;
  • Primarily responsible for the restructuring (via a scheme of arrangement) of a leading international group with total assets in the region of 1billion USD;
  • Advised UniCredit in a multimillion refinancing transaction involving Cyprus entities and various security structures.
