Alex Nikitine

Alex Nikitine's practice focuses on domestic and international M&A transactions, public tender offers, IPOs, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate governance and general corporate, stock exchange and capital markets laws. His experience includes numerous transactions in these areas of expertise, in particular with companies in the Life Sciences, Banking or E-Commerce industry. Alex Nikitine represents clients in proceedings before the SIX Swiss Exchange and the Swiss Takeover Board (UEK). Alex Nikitine regularly publishes and speaks at conferences in his areas of expertise. He is a member of the board of examiners for the Swiss certified tax expert exams and a SIX Swiss Exchange recognised representative under article 43 Listing Rules.

• Advised Zurich Cantonal Bank in a management buy-out transaction of its advisory service business relating to occupational pensions;

• Advised Glarner Kantonalbank on its IPO on the SIX Swiss Exchange;

• Advised SHL Telemedicine Ltd., a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, in reverse triangular cross border merger with Shanghai Jiuchuan Investment (Group) Co., Ltd.
