Participated on a coastal land purchase, purchase of a pedestrian area that belongs to the Municipality of Guayaquil to combine the coastal land lots and build a 140 m fishing port. The company wants to build this port in order to receive large fishing vessels. This business involves a foreign investment of US$ 2 million.

Participated on foreign investment agreements with the State of Ecuador to benefit from a number of tax incentives.
