Aamal A Abbasi has a strong litigation, real estate, corporate and commercial practice. Aamal works closely with the Office of H.R.H First Deputy Prime Minister as she handles their corporate and commercial work.

She has advised numerous entities in relation to Bahrain law with particular emphasis on the Commercial Companies Law, Civil Code, Reorganisation and Bankruptcy Law, Law of Commerce, Employment Law, Lease Law, Civil and Commercial Procedures Law.

Furthermore, Aamal has been appointed as a legal adviser in a number of internal governmental committees that were formed to provide appropriate solutions to specific legal issues and potential projects. In addition, she has been highly involved in drafting numerous legal instruments along with drafting various policies for the Government of Bahrain.

Aamal has effectively participated in teaching the Bahrain Commercial Companies Law at the University of Bahrain for three years along with the Founding Partner of Newton Legal. In addition, she is currently teaching the Bahrain Commercial Companies Law at the Judicial and Legal Studies Institute.
