This involved a thorough assessment of the existing organizational structure, operational processes, and financial management practices to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 3)We advised UECCCL in the obtainment of grant funds from ORIO (The Royal Government of Belgium) and the funding has been applied towards the financing of feasibility studies for the development of 9 mini hydro’s with a total generation capacity of 6.5MW. 4) Ligomarc Advocates was engaged to provide legal advisory and technical advice in a receivership for a company in the oil and gas sector. 5)Following the approval of a facility to the tune of over USD 30 Million for five (5) years to support and enable last-mile electricity connections for the Electricity Distribution companies in the country, the Firm was engaged as Legal Counsel to advise and prepare the requisite arrangement documents with key Electricity sector players. 6) The firm was engaged to restructure a company that operates in the industry of plastics product manufacturing and the production of sacks, serving both distributors and final consumers.
