In the projects space the firm advises foreign investors and consortiums on developments of social, road and renewable energy infrastructure. The firm has also advised on concession projects in relation to the privatisation of Greek state assets.

In banking and finance the firm advised arrangers and agents in syndicated financing, as well as working with borrowers on acquisition financing and long-term facilities. The firm advised buyers, working with private equity funds and financial institutions, on the acquisitions of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and Non-Performing Exposures (NPEs) portfolios, which included the securitisation of portfolios via the issues of mezzanine and junior notes. The firm also worked with co-arrangers and originators of NPL portfolios to secure and sell the portfolios.
The firm was very active in M&A transactions. Aside from numerous acquisition of NPL/NPE portfolios, it worked predominately with buyers in strategic and private equity deals. It advised on deals in the food industry, financial services, real estate, tourism, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and marine and offshore businesses. In addition, the firm advised sellers in the sale of a publicly listed company, and worked with underwriters on the insurance of said acquisitions.
The firm was also very active in project development mandates, advising on the development of infrastructure. It worked on a complex tender for the concession of the construction of a casino.
Recent staffing changes saw the hire of senior associates Nasia Gkouma and Mariliza Myrat by the M&A department. The firm saw the departure of Manos Mastromanolis, who has been appointed head legal counsel of the Prime Minister of Greece.
