• Advising Deutsche Telekom and the Austrian leading telecommunications operator Magenta on all legal aspects regarding its joint venture with global infrastructure investor Meridiam. We advised on the onboarding of Magenta's co-investor and joint venture partner Meridiam and the financing of the roll-out of the joint venture's high-speed fibre broadband network.
  
  
• Advising AFI on obtaining a EUR 450 million credit facility for the purposes of refinancing its three shopping centres in Romania. This was the largest real estate credit facility ever issued in Romania.
