The Swedish law firm Vinge was established in 1983 following a merger of 4 local law firms. The firm has offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Helsingborg and Brussels. The firm is being managed by Louise Brorsson Salomon, who doubles as the managing partner of Stockholm and chief executive officer. Louise is supported by Anna Edström and Anna Palméru, the managing partners of Malmö and Gothenburg respectively. The firm advises on a wide range of transactions, attaining a top-tier status across ranked practice areas. 

 

Highlights 

 

The firm advised real estate company  SBB and its subsidiary, Sveafastigheter AB, on its first of its kind bond exchange in the Swedish market valued at approximately EUR 485 million. The firm advised on the structuring and execution of the bond exchange.  

In the Swedish M&A market, the firm advised Thermo Fisher Scientific on its acquisition of Olink Holding. Thermo Fisher announced the acquisition of the Sweish proteomics' company in October 2023 and was completed in July 2024 following regulatory approval. The acquisition is valued at USD 3.1 billion making it one of the largest on the Swedish market during 2023/2024.
