Capital markets: Domestic Issuances

  • Tian Yuan has advised CanSino, Junshi BioPharma, M&S Electronics, Delinhai, United Winners Laser, Rockontrol, Willfar Information Technology, Kingsemi, Lifotronic, Haier Biomedical, Friendess Electronics, Traffic Control Technology and other innovative companies on their listings on the STAR Market.
  • Since the launch of registration-based IPO system on ChiNext, Tian Yuan has advised several innovative companies such as Shengyuan Environmental Protection, Jieqiang Equipment and Jinlongyu to complete registration.

Capital markets: Hong Kong and Overseas Issuances

  • Recently, Tian Yuan has advised Akeso, Ocumension Therapeutics, InnoCare Pharma, Hepalink, Kangji Medical, Hygeia Healthcare, Nongfu Spring, Archosaur Games, Cathay Media and Education, Financial Street Property, Central China New Life, Jianzhong Construction Development on their listings in Hong Kong. 

Investment/M&A

  • Advised China Yangtze Power on its USD3.59 billion acquisition of Luz Del Sur, Peru's largest listed electricity company. This is the largest overseas energy M&A transaction among Chinese enterprises in recent years, and also the world’s largest M&A transaction in the power industry within the past three years and the most important global M&A transaction recently;
  • Advised Willsemi on its RMB15.5 billion acquisition of Beijing Omnivision, a world-famous image sensor chip supplier. This was one of the most influential cross-border M&A transactions in the semiconductor industry in 2019;
  • Advised Sinochem Group on obtaining control of Luxi Group and the listed company Luxi Chemical;
  • Advised Sinochem Energy on its over RMB10 billion capital increase and introducing strategic investors;
  • Advised Fujia Group on its RMB22.8 billion joint acquisition of Hexie Health;
  • Advised Junzheng Group on its RMB10.8 billion transfer of Huatai Insurance;
