The banking team had a busy year, advising both borrowers and lenders on a high volume of lending mandates. The firm was particularly active in acquisition finance, but also assisted on real estate finance, refinancing and financial restructuring matters.
In equity capital markets the firm advised a wide variety of market participants on IPOs, private placements, directed issues and reverse acquisitions. In the dept capital market area the firm did predominantly issuer side work on bond issuances.
The M&A acted for a mix buy and sell side clients on predominantly local transactions. The firm was highly active in the Swedish private equity space.
In staffing changes partner Eva Sundling joined the banking practice during the research period. Counsel Bruce McGinn departed the corporate and M&A area.
