In banking and finance, the firm acted as lead counsel to DNB Bank for a syndicate, consisting of four commercial banks and Export Finance Norway, in the financing and construction of two purpose-built wind turbine installation vessels under construction in a Chinese shipyard. 

Project highlights also include advising on an ongoing basis for the long-time client RWE Wind Norway, a Branch of RWE Wind Norway, a leading global investor-owned electric utility service providers and one of the largest offshore wind power developers in the world. The firm was most recently advising RWE in connection with the bidding for two areas for offshore wind power. The projects are of significant national importance in Norway’s sustainable agenda plans.
