Recent transactional highlights:

• SMPS Legal acted as counsel for Exile Contents’ shareholders, one of fastest growing media and entertainment companies, focused on the 550 million Spanish speakers worldwide, who sold 100% of their equity interest in Exile Contents to Candle Media, a next generation media company, baced by Blackstone.
• SMPS Legal represented Soccerly as a seller of its 100% digital assets to Playmaker Capital Inc, including JuanFutbol. Playmaker Capital Inc. is a digital sports media company that delivers unique content experiences through its portfolio of sports media and technology brands.
• SMPS Legal represented Cimbra Capital in a due diligence, negotiation and acquisition of an additional participation in a certain vehicle that holds title to a high-end multi-purpose real estate development in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, which is considered the second most important high-end residential real estate project in that multipurpose development in the city of Tijuana. The deal values was for US$30.0 million.
