• Representing B.Grimm Power PCL. as the issuer of one of the largest IPOs in Thailand with a value of USD 371.6million.
• Representing Saksiam Leasing Public Company Limited on the IPO preparation for the purpose of offering newly issued shares to the public and listing all shares of the client to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Corporate/M&A

• Representing Stark Corporation PCL. on its cross-border acquisition of 100% of Thipha and Dovina, the largest inbound private sector industrial transactions in Vietnam in the last three years.
• Advising the world’s largest producers of rigid-barrier plastic in connection with the acquisition of packaging companies in China from Printpack US.
• Representing B. Grimm Power Public Company Limited on its cross-border acquisition of 55% of total issued shares in Viet Thai Solar Joint Stock Company with an acquisition size valued at approximately THB 1.13 billion (USD 36 million).

Restructuring and Insolvency

• Representing a total of 87 savings co-operatives in their capacity as creditors of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited in Thailand’s largest-ever business rehabilitation proceeding to date, with debts estimated to be in excess of THB 352.49 billion (USD 11.34 billion).
• Representing 400 debenture holders for the foreclosure of Rich Asia Industry Company Limited PCL. under a total defaulted debt of THB 1billion.
