Kinkin & Partners provided legal counsel to Ave Bulgaria Logistic Ltd., one of the shareholders owning 30% of the capital of a limited liability company operating in the field of logistics services. The team led the negotiations with the lawyers of the majority shareholder regarding the mechanism of the exit. The transaction closed in May 2024. The team acted as lead counsel and was led by partner Vladimir Kinkin.
The firm also advised CAPITAL MARKETS, o.c.p., a.s. in their planned expansion into the Bulgarian market. The team assisted the client in the process of registration of a tied agent in Bulgaria. The transaction is currently ongoing and led by partner Adriana Nacheva.
