• Advised Goldman Sachs on foreign exchange non-deliverables in Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Equitorial Guinea, Gabon and Congo;
• Advised CEXIM Bank  on the legal aspects of its loan to the Government of Chad for the modernization of the ICT sector;
• Advised the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector on the extension of global lines of credit (Islamic finance) to banks or leasing companies operating in Chad, Cameroon and Gabon.
