• Advising PrimeSouth International on drafting and negotiating the Rehabilitation, Operation, Management and Maintenance Agreement for Al Doura Thermal Power Plant in Baghdad, Iraq entered into with the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity with a total value exceeding USD 800 million. 
• Acting for PrimeSouth International on a USD 290 million project finance for the rehabilitation of Al Doura Thermal Power Plant in Iraq as well as advising on the drafting and negotiation of  the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contract (EPC) for the Rehabilitation of Al Doura Thermal Power Plant in Baghdad, Iraq entered into with SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. 
• Acting for Group Six United Group, part of a leading Kuwaiti food and beverages group, on the corporate restructuring and the entry of Qoot Group, a leading Saudi food and beverages group, as a new investor. The transaction involved drafting and negotiating more than fifty agreement and the incorporation of more than 20 companies in Kuwait, KSA and UK.  
• Advising Al Darwish United Company W.L.L. in relation to the acquisition of 75% (seventy five percent) of the shares of Al Boraq Automobiles Co. W.L.L, the exclusive authorized distributor of carmaker “Porsche” in the State of Qatar. 
• Acting for Al Marasem Real Estate Development Company on a Musharaka transaction to raise USD 200 million, co-arranged by Banque Misr and ADIB Egypt.
