  • New Urban Communities Authority on its EGP 20 billion bond issuance.
  • Represented a syndicate of 22 lenders for the arranging of Egypt’s largest locally long-term syndicated loan underwritten EGP 6 billion.
  • Bedaya Mortgage Finance 2nd securitization transaction amounting to 958 million from a multi-issuance program of 3 billion.
