The banking team advised borrowers and lenders on acquisition financing transactions, project financing, syndicated loans and debt refinancing.  

In capital markets, the firm advised on equity and debt transactions including social bond issuances and public offers.  

The M&A team worked for both buyers and sellers across a variety of transactions including spinoffs, reorganizations and joint ventures. Notable industries included transportation, healthcare and real estate. 

In terms of project work the team advised on the structuring of toll road and water treatment plant PPP’s, concessions bids, project acquisitions and other contractual matters.
