Our managing director is dual-qualified in both Singapore and Malaysia. We specialize in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, fundraisings, financing, funds and family offices.

Since our inception in 2018, our capital market team has advised and acted as the Singapore legal adviser to companies in various industries for more than 30 proposed initial public offerings on the Singapore Exchange Ltd, Bursa Malaysia Berhad, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and NASDAQ.
