During the research period in banking work the firm advised financial institutions, businesses, private equity funds and investors in energy, technology and real estate sectors on syndicated and bilateral financing, acquisition financings and credit facility refinancing transactions.
In the debt capital markets the firm advised issuers on secured bonds.
In M&A the firm advised businesses and shareholders in cross-border mergers, buy-outs, divestments, joint ventures and company exits, particularly within technology, infrastructure and minerals, and regional media industries, working for both sellers and buyers.
