Katoen Natie €416 million acquisition of a stake in Indaver from Delta

Overview:

• Belgium-based Katoen Natie acquired a 74.99% stake in waste management company Indaver from Dutch company Delta for €416 million.
• The agreed purchase price was based on an enterprise value of €842 million and equity value of €555 million.
• Delta will use the proceeds from the sale to reduce its debt and strengthen its financial position.
• The deal was first announced in March 2015.
