Overview:

  • Greenyard Foods, Univeg, and Peatinvest have merged to form an entity with €3.7 billion annual sales.
  • The deal involved a partial demerger of Univeg from its parent company De Weide Blik, after which it and Peatinvest were absorbed into Greenyard against 25,513,065 newly created shares that were issued to the shareholders of the two other parties.
  • Greenyard Foods became the parent company of the new group.
  • The new group is one of the largest produce companies in the world.
