Brabo 2 €233 million PPP project

Overview:

• The Brabo 2 PPP project in Beligum has obtained €233 million of financing through a facilities agreement.
• The borrowing consortium consists of BAM PPP and Cofely Fabricom.
• The lenders on the matter were Crédit Agricole, The Bank of Tokyo - Mitsubishi, KBC Bank, and AG Real Estate.
• Brabo 2 is a tramway under the authority of both the Flemish Region of Belgium and the City of Antwerp.
