Orkla acquisition of Nordic Partners Foods Group in the Baltics

Overview:

• Norway-based Orkla - a supplier of branded consumer goods in the Nordic and Baltic regions - completed the acquisition of the Baltic operations of Nordic Partners Food, a company registered in Malta.
• The amount of the deal was not disclosed but is reported to be in excess of €100 million.
