Overview:

  • Dorma Group, a family owned German security solutions company, and Kaba Holding, a Swiss security solutions company, have merged to create dorma+kaba group which will create security solutions for doors and windows. 
  • Dorma's owners have acquired an additional 9.1% stake in Kaba Holding.
  • Kaba Holding owns 52.5% of the new entity while Dorma's owners hold 47.5%.
